Your PCs or TDY is contingent on BOLC dates. Some branches only have 2 to 3 classes per fiscal year. My commissioning date was in June and the last BOLC for the year was in July for my branch. I ended up PCSing since the next BOLC date was January. If your worried about being stuck at benning don’t.
