If you did extended AD while on reserves over 30 days you could have 3. I currently have 2 DD-214's. Another way to start backing into proving you were there is a copy of your service record which would have assignments, Evals, etc. If you copied your health record (everybody should before punching out), then there'd be the annual fitness for duty entry. So I'm trying to figure out what two years reserve duty gets you but you didn't include enough information to tell. If there is no APS, but you have the other records, then a request for official record change at least granting the 48 drills and a two week AT each year would be an option. The Reserves does not have a form that summarizes your service period like the Active Duty ( DD Form 214) and Guard (NGB Form 22) But they SHOULD!!!!!!!!
