After reenlisting, how do I go about choosing my next duty station?

Call your branch manager you can find his information in the HRC website.

SPC(P) Gildardo Navarro Since you already re-enlisted, you had to been told by the career counselor which duty station your next assignment is located at.

Well I think that dog has run, now. You should have made it a condition of your re-enlistment. Now, I suspect you'll get The Needs of The Army.

I'm assuming you haven't reenlisted yet. You'll talk with your Career Counselor, pick a duty station, and then reenlist. The duty location will be listed in your contract.

BEFORE you re-enlist, get your "Dream duty station" down in writing as a condition of your re-enlistment!!!!

Ask some of the older people in your specialty for their recommendations and the reason they recommend one place over another

Thought you got 1 PCS in your career, my son got his last choice and from Ft Drum to Tacoma Wa. When he re-enlisted, anywhere but Drum, it’s a tough place for kids when it’s -50 below zero and cold most anytime that’s not June july aug. just imo. Visiting both, personally I’d prefer Drum, Imo Tacoma is an armpit. But Marines we were screwed Lejeune, Pendleton, Okinawa, three winners for you, I suppose in retrospect SD a clear winner, but for an East Coast guy Cali was out.

As stated previously, it needs to be in your re-enlistment contract. Anything else is "needs of the Army." Good luck to you.
