Agencies that can help all types of veterans https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/agencies-that-can-help-all-types-of-veterans

Does anyone know of any veteran agencies that can help regardless of status? By that, I mean helping a veteran that DOES NOT suffer from PTSD, has a service connected disability or is suffering from some kind of addiction or mental illness.

I've been trying to reach out to a couple of different places, but I'm disqualified for one reason or another. What's the point of having programs for veterans if all of them aren't eligible?

I appreciate any help or information that can be provided. If it helps, the assistance I'm seeking is for help with our utility bill. Maybe your County Representatives. You should have some great resources right there in your county!
