<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I'm already gray in the beard and bald on top. That doesn't bother me. I'm dreading the day I can't do the active things I enjoy any more. I'm only 51 and I'm stiff as hell when I get out of bed in the morning, and not in the right places. After about 20 minutes of being up and about I'm usually good to go, but it has me wondering how 80 year olds even get out of bed.
