For 37F AGRs, were were notified that due to a changing of the Overlay for AGR positions, they probably wouldn't be promoting any 37Fs this year. They removed almost all 37F MSG positions while they are being adjusted and they will be added back next year meaning we are something like 200% overstrength now so it was not a big surprise to me and my fellow AGR 37Fs to not be promoted. What did stand out very quickly, is that none of us we even considered. All of the ones I know personaly have more than one MOS (for me 79R that is an AGR MOS).
