I'm on a vigorous training regiment but I'm struggling with the AA push-ups. Before I enlisted I broke my arm bad enough that it looked like I had a second elbow in my left arm. I can do about 2-3 diamond push-ups before it gets torqued in a way that sends pain through my arm. I'm thinking it could also be I'm in familiar with using those muscles so I've modified it a little so it's a little higher than sternum. It works other than I just need to strengthen those muscles. Is that okay or will that be something I would be dropped for?Air Assault push ups help? We had to do ten pushup before leaving the grounds for the day.
