Air Assault push ups help? Are they really used ? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/air-assault-push-ups-help-are-they-really-used <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I&#39;ve got the rucking down so far and the rope climb. I&#39;m on a vigorous training regiment but I&#39;m struggling with the AA push-ups. Before I enlisted I broke my arm bad enough that it looked like I had a second elbow in my left arm. I can do about 2-3 diamond push-ups before it gets torqued in a way that sends pain through my arm. I&#39;m thinking it could also be I&#39;m in familiar with using those muscles so I&#39;ve modified it a little so it&#39;s a little higher than sternum. It works other than I just need to strengthen those muscles. Is that okay or will that be something I would be dropped for? Wed, 17 Oct 2018 21:27:29 -0400 Air Assault push ups help? We had to do ten pushup before leaving the grounds for the day. Last I heard, they halved the pushup and added 5 pull ups.
