I've got the rucking down so far and the rope climb. I'm on a vigorous training regiment but I'm struggling with the AA push-ups. Before I enlisted I broke my arm bad enough that it looked like I had a second elbow in my left arm. I can do about 2-3 diamond push-ups before it gets torqued in a way that sends pain through my arm. I'm thinking it could also be I'm in familiar with using those muscles so I've modified it a little so it's a little higher than sternum. It works other than I just need to strengthen those muscles. Is that okay or will that be something I would be dropped for?

Pull-ups were important when I was going through. Regular push-ups were the norm.

14 day course, you’re gonna need to push thru it. Sucks, but they may weed you out. Be careful

If you're talking Sabulaski Air Assault School, you might not make it too far. We had to do ten pushup before leaving the grounds for the day. Last I heard, they halved the pushup and added 5 pull ups.
