I know for me when I ran the OIP for a brigade in the Army I had to retool what was in the system to actually match up to what the battalions I was inspecting were supposed to do and not just use a checklist blindly and fail everyone for not doing what they are not supposed to do, but rather their 2 star chain would be evaluated on. It is too much stuff to check and does not break it down into which level does what. It also ignored some big ticket items that they used daily and needed to do SOPs for to ensure it ran smoothly.

Are these similar issues that you find?
