What should I do to prep for ALC at Fort Eustis?

will be attending ALC at Fort Eustis for 15 series starting in two weeks has anyone been through this course? If so, how was it? and what are something's I should do to prep?

I haven’t been to Fort Eustis for anything, but I would assume it is the same as any ALC. The instructors will provide the materials, guide you through it, and have you do your presentations. Just lead from the front and you will be fine.
