I am a SSG, ALC Graduated and I completed SSD3 and SSD4.
How many NCO,a have completed ALC and SSD 3&4 ??

I did it two years ago when it was open to everyone and I have ALC both phases.

I'm still a SSG and have ALC,SLC and SSD 1,3,4 completed.

I know My Board File on Facebook was posting percentages which is probably what you are looking for but only for a select few MOSs. I know they didn't cover the CMF25 series and Gordon didn't release any Memorandums that I am aware of.

Every branch should publish percentages IMO

I am currently in ALC and did SSD 3 to get automatically enrolled in this course. That's also the only SSD I did so far.

When they first announced that 7,000 SSG's werent being considered for promotion because they hadn't bothered to do their SSD's, I was elated, but I can't help but wonder, how many were in MY MOS? That would be very useful/interesting info...

I just graduated SLC. I have completed SSD1,SSD3 and SSD4. I have worked in BN S-3 shop and know for a fact that you will have priority to go to NCOES schools when you complete SSD's. Just my two sense in if you want to excel that's the way to do it.

Wait until you hit SSD 4. You want to talk about painful. My advice for ANY of these self-development courses is get through them as fast as you can so you can jump to the head of the line for the schoolhouse. Fortune may favor the Bold, but it loves the well-prepared. Get that NCOES out of the way.

I was told to do SSD3 in a week while I was in Afghanistan in 2012, all my free time was dedicated to completing this in a week. I thought I was done, I showed my modular complete screen and some certificate to my 1SG, he said I'm good. I don't think he, and I definitely didn't know what SSD was at the time.

Two months ago I got n email saying I'm one of the E6s getting looked at for E7 that have not completed SSD3, I called the help line, and they said I didn't complete it since I didn't do the 8 question survey in the end......super sad face

I completed SSD 1 and 3. I learned a lot from SSD 3 in regards to how certain things are supposed to be handled within the military.

It harder for some mos to get slots for SLC due to the
overall strength. I have SSD 1,3, and 4 complete as well WLC and both phases of
ALC. Called branch and was told I couldn’t get a slot for SLC unless selected
for promotion.

Well let's see.....I did PLDC, BNCOC and ANCOC. SSD3 is not for me. SSD4 was made mandatory years after I completed ANCOC. These SSD's no matter the number are laughable at the least. Just tellen' it like it is.

Completed BNCOC (ALC) back in 2006, SSD1 and SSD3 in 2011, and SSD4 in 2012, and I have an SLC School date in August

Same, completed ALC, SLC, SSD 3 & 4. I did my SSD 3 after attending and graduating SLC. Just completed SSD 4 about 2 weeks ago.

Curious to know, if you completed ALC, and were able to take SSD 4, how are you not a SLC graduate? Whats keeping you from going to SLC?

Prior to the BS of having to do the online courses; I had completed all NCOS courses. That being brick and mortar. Then one day years after having graduated ANCOC I was told I had to do some SSD online BS course. So in saying the online courses are just dotting the I's and crossing the T's. Google is your friend. Other than that it is a total waste of time and 100% BS. But alas it is a way to cull the herd;-)

You have to go to the last module and launch it first it should be an introduction

I did 1,3,and 4 as soon as they became available. I've graduated SLC, and would gladly go back and knock out 2 if the system allowed it. They were all fairly easy.

I graduated from the old PLDC in 2002 then ALC in 2010 then DL ALC CC then SSD3 then SLC. I have helped 5 battles in completing SSD4 whom are mostly Master Sergeants now. However after the restructure of the SSD4 I am having severe difficulties in completing it myself. After research I see the new MLC course is kicking off and will be required for 1st sergeants so officially every NCOES school will have an SSD associated with it. So as veteran senior NCO's we will either have to stumble through the new requirements or be passed passed up by the newer generation of up coming NCO's. Like it or not this is the course that the Army as we know it has turned. I have personally seen the new requirements end good NCO's careers. I for one will not allow computer based course be the deciding factor in my career. I have met my goal of being an E-7 SFC and now that I have it I have 19 years of service in with two years of Time in Grade. I am getting greedy I am going for the long haul and staying until I get forced out and I am hopefully going to obtain my star before retirement. I have 2 deployments 7.5 years active duty 3 years on the gun line in the guard, 6.5 years as a 13B 10, 30 40 level instructor in the guard, going on 2 years as an assistant State level Range control NCOIC. I Also took a two year break to get a college associate degree and have a 6 digit a year civilian income and I am a single father an 11 year old boy. I am proud of what I have accomplished and with a little hard work we as NCO's can all accomplish the same. Ai-ee-yah

I have graduated SSD 3 &4, as well as PLDC, BNCOC AND ANCOC. SSD 1 &2 not available for me. Been in too long. I'm also waiting on my awesome associated degree that I should have got when I completed SSD 4. Either way, I'll do it thr old fashion way. Cheers.
