If you choose not to take your family to an authorized location, you will not receive any entitlements such as FSA(Family separation allowance). You also are not authorized per diem because it is a PCS move. Unfortunately there are no barracks for you because you’re married and receiving BAH. You will not get BAH for where your family if they remain in Colorado because it is a choice. You will receive PCS entitlements and that’s it. I hope this helps.
