Long time user here - I have been fighting the VA for around 4 years now and have been trying to get rid of a VA rating I don’t believe I struggle with. I was reevaluated and had the disability rescinded, but all the VA says is that my disability has “resolved”. I just learned about the appeal process and never knew this was an option. Every time I ever called the VA they would set up C&P appointments for me and I always told them
I didn’t believe I actually struggled with my original diagnosis. I was never told I could appeal the decision until now.

I know some of this is on me for not properly understanding the VA process, but I was 22 and completely lost with how the VA worked.

Anyways... is it too late to get rid of my rating through appeal? I am speaking with a veterans legal clinic here in my home state and they are starting to collect my information and are willing to work with me.

Any info would help!

I have a question about sick call in your branch. Do they ever ask you if you ever think about hurting yourself? When they make you fill out a form or when you check in for sick call?
