Am I able to re-enlist if I was medically discharged for depression?

What is your RE Code and the disposition code on the 214? I imagine your discharge was uncharacterized due to the IET discharge. Re-tag your discussion with RE-Code, re-enlistment is the wrong tag for this. Click on the tag and look at the resources posted there.

You'll need go to a recruiter with your documentation. You'll likely need a medical waiver.

I'd forget about it and focus on your recovery. If training causes emotional illness ie mood disorder.. it's better you caught it early.. next time keep your mouth shut.

LTC Mackay said it best. It comes down to what your RE Code is. There are a lot of questions regarding your depression that will need to be answered if you decide you want to re-enter the service.
