Am I competitive for Navy HCA Direct Commission program?

I wanted to obtain some input from current HCA's in the Navy or current applicants. I just recently graduated with a MHA online. However, I'm nervous to apply due to my GPA from undergrad which sucks. I have decent experience but is that enough? Also, my program for my MHA isn't CAHME but I was reading that my experience can override the accreditation. Is this true? Currently I'm a GS-9 and that's equivalent to a O3 in the military. Here is briefly some of my experience.
Medical Adminstrative Specialist GS-9 (3 months)(Adminstrator On Duty)
Delegated full authority and responsibility to exercise the Medical Center Director's prerogative in VA administrative matters occurring during the tour of duty and represents and acts on the behalf of the Medical Center Director in administrative matters relating to the care of treatment of Vets.
Lead Medical Support Specialist (7 months) position serve as a Lead for all Medical Support Specialist (MSA) and Program Support Assistants (PSA) in the Patient Services Section of the Business Office. I will be assisting in the Beneficiary Travel Program, Admissions, oversight of Descendant Affairs, Eligibility, and Patients Deaths.
Advanced Medical Support Specialist(1.2 years)
Day to Day Duties:
Worked as an Advanced MSA to ensure proper communication to staff on administrative activities. Worked on special projects which include; staffing templates and special project requests from nursing leadership. Supported nursing mangers on daily duties which includes • Asset management: Ensured tracking of nursing communication assets totaling at net worth of $10,000. Ensured accountability of all vocera’s within nursing services. Worked collectively with vocera VA contractor to ensure 100% accountability. • Data Analysis: Tracked and worked collaboratively to ensure all accountability of flu vaccines for all newly admitted patients. Worked collaboratively with floor registered nursing staff to ensure proper documentation and accountability of all admitted patients regarding flu vaccine compliance. Created a database to track, and analyze performance measures from nursing staff to ensure near perfect compliance percentages. Used advanced excel skills to find data correlation to benchmark performance. • Census accountability/ patient travel coordination: Responsible for placement of new admissions/transfers room placement. Used administrative patient movement codes to reflect proper patient census and discharges within nursing services. Coordinated patient travel to continue continuity of care. Monitored financial justification of patient travel requirements and requests. Ensured medical justification for all transportation services via ambulance or alternative transportation to VA appointments were accurate and timely. • Quality Assurance: Quality assurance of documentation from nursing staff. Ensured proper signatures of paper records regarding treatment sheets, and nursing service documentation. Scanned Completed documentation with EMR system for further review.
Selected for Leadership Development Program VA System VHA: Graduate March 2019 Six Sigma Yellow Belt
Education: BS public health , BS/BA healthcare management GPA 2.4
MHA walden university GPA 3.47(Not Cahme)
MILITARY: E4:HM3 Age 26
Last Evals 2 evals EP, PRT: all Excellent or outstanding
Medical PO: Coordinate medical activities for 62 members. Obtained the Highest Medical Readiness among 3 other detachments.
Collecteral duties: D1 Adminstrative PO, Sponsor Ship Coordinator.
Created the sponsorship program inorder to successfully assimilate new gains within the detachment. Improved and lowered member turnover.
Sailor of Quater FY 19
Volunteer: created workout group 3 times a week for veterans with PTSD for increased wellness and health.
LOR: 1 retired 0-6, 2x 0-4's
How competitive am I ? I know my undergrad GPA sucks however I had to work 2 jobs while in college inorder to support myself and wife while in school fulltime. What are my chances to obtain a Reserve Commission as a MSC HCA?

First, it looks like you are doing a great job where you are! Keep up the good work.
Next, you need to read the actual references and official websites. I've never heard of navycs.com and would never send someone to an unofficial site for career information. Below are the sites you need to find out all the information you want. The Medical Services Corps in-service procurement program is very selective and also very strict on its requirements. I believe your Master's degree needs to be accredited and it looks like what you have will not qualify. There is an option to go to grad school in this program.
Also, the program is only open to E5-E9. Reservists must be on active duty.

However, I want to stay reserves considering the fact I'm having pretty good career progression so far. I went from a GS 5-9 in aliile over 3 years. So I was looking primarily at the reserve option for HCA . From the links provided I dont see anything about the reserves only active.

The only people that can actually determine if you're competitive for that commissioning program, are the personnel who handle that program. Apply, and the worst they can say is no. You can always reapply at a future date.
