Am I Eligible for promotion if my paperwork says "Recommended E5-STEP NCOES REQ"?

my PPW says : RECOMMENDED E5-STEP NCOES REQ I just graduated blc on dec 7th 2018, and I am unsure if it is reflected on my ppw yet.

Get in touch with your S1. They should’ve added your school to your SRB. Also, verify with your installations NCOA to see if they’ve uploaded your 1059 on iPerms

I would get in touch with your SGL to have them contact their schools guy (each academy has one) and ensure your 1059 gets processed. He may just be backlogged with the 200 or however many people graduated with your class. It however can't hurt to ask the SGL what the turn around time is for processing the graduation to eMILPO/ATRRS. I don't believe (this is me speculating) S1's can touch the NCOES portions of emilpo but I'm not a 42A.

It takes a few weeks, honestly I'd wait at least 3 to 4 weeks then start wrecking havoc.

It hasn’t even been a week since you graduated BLC, give it some time for people to do their jobs and for systems to share with one another. Once you see your 1059 in iPerms though, get with your S1 ASAP to make sure your NCOES is reflected on your ARB.

Your graduation date is the day before promotion stuff is due to HRC. Dont expect promotion orders till February.

Not super familiar with ac promotions but the blc/alc grad dates are intentionally set so that the sm will not be eligible the 1st of the following month. So in your case, 1 Jan you will be fully eligible to pin and 1 February you should get orders

Your S1 isn't authorized to upload anything to iperms. There is plenty of time for your BLC to upload your 1059 prior to when the promotion points and by name list are released.

Check your ERB does it say BLC under your Military schools?
