Violence has become a favored tool for ensuring you get your way. God forbid someone employ good listening, deep soul searching and compromise instead of fear, hatred and good ol' tyranny.<br /><br />If it happens, Abe Lincoln was right and democracy is a failure. If it happens, it will also rip the veil off of just how morally bankrupt today's Conservativism is. After all, how can one believe in freedom and then attempt to violently circumvent the will of the people?<br /><br />Ideas must stand or fall on their own merits. If they can't stand, then it's time to either adjust the message, be a better communicator or consider that maybe the idea isn't as awesome as you think it is. Look around our communities. Are we as citizens able to defend? NO! As a country, we are over weight, entitled, and do not look like a people who can fight back on our soil. Hope not to offend, but many of men in our communities are too concerned with being girlfriends.
