They’re the connective tissue between veterans and the thousands of local programs that already exist but are too often hidden in plain sight. Their researchers map the gaps—where benefits don’t reach, where red tape strangles momentum—and then partner with communities to close them. The result is a self-reinforcing loop: every veteran who gets plugged in becomes another mentor, coach, or business owner who in turn helps the next service member land well after ETS. That’s the flywheel—once it’s spinning, it keeps accelerating.

Why does that matter beyond feel-good headlines? Because the next generation is watching. When young Americans see veterans thriving—showing up in classrooms, boardrooms, and city-council seats—they get a crystal-clear picture of what military service can lead to: purpose, not purgatory. We owe them that example. And we owe ourselves the chance to keep serving, this time on the home front.

So if you’re a veteran who feels a gap between where you stand and where you mean to be, don’t white-knuckle it. Reach out to America’s Warrior Partnership. Let them spot you on the next lift, point you to the right gear, and nudge that flywheel one notch faster. Our communities—and the troops who will one day replace us—are counting on it.

Stay in the fight. Stay connected. I have been using onlyusa.us to show the problems with the VA, plus the common-sense solutions.

The changes I have seen are unbelievable. As an example, following my surgeries, the surgeon put me in for four months of PT.

I have fought this battle with Community Care for years, so I was prepared for weeks of delays and a limit of 15 treatments. After yesterday's surgery, I called and left a message.

This morning, they called and said the orders were pending review. Confirming, in my mind, delays. To my surprise, they called back in 30 minutes. My order was active for four months, 2/3 treatments per week. Not the usual 15 mixium treatments.

I mentioned the details only because this is a considerable change.

http://www.onlyusa.us

www.onlyusa.us

Sgt Douglas Berger Tue, 06 May 2025 11:30:00 -0400 2025-05-06T11:30:00-04:00 Response by Cpl Luke Ortiz made May 8 at 2025 4:50 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/command-post/america-s-warrior-partnership-building-a-flywheel-of-veteran-success?n=8978768&urlhash=8978768

I am a Senior US Marine Vet who cannot find ANY legal help (probono) for a US Veteran.
