An O-5 was recently sentenced to 3 years in prison for bribery while in the service. Should he lose his retired pay?

I had a MAJ that I worked with do 11 yrs for various offenses involving defrauding the government and he is getting his retired pay....former enlisted.

I do not think this is right. Major that did the killing at Fort Hood is probably the same plus 100% dis ability. I do think there is government interference on this one. MP's should be sent to the firing range!

Agree. A Professor said anybody that violates the public trust should be hanged!! All people who wear uniforms, all clergy, all management who wear suits --includes are elected few. Can't trust a cop, ETC. To much graft, and load knows what else. some one once God has been substituted for money to worship.
