An old tradition we used to have was to "cheer" for a squad leader or section Sergeant came to formation. Anyone have a tradition like that?

We used to get drunk before morning runs, we only did it before every single one

Only when the squad leader showed up late to said formation :)

We have never cheered for our section chief, squad leader. Must be a Cav thing. Nothing wrong with it !
