If you were submitted for pay on 27 MAY and never saw an LES, then it wasn't submitted in on 27 MAY or you have a pay problem.9 JUN was probably too late for a mid-month LES, that LES would be around 22-24 JUN. I'm not going to look up the pay schedule.
But if this is your first time on orders, it's not too soon for your AGR to check out your MMPA to see if there is an issue.
SPP is handled within DTS.
You can open your DTS and open (View only, don't edit or amend) the current authorization you are on and check to see if SPP was selected.

I was informed my orders were going to be submitted for pay on the 27th of May. It's the 15th now and I am not seeing an LES in MyPay. I've been on orders for 20 days, and all other personnel from other units are getting paid I contacted my UA last week and they said they will have to re-submit my orders for pay and they would CC me on an email letting me know it was done. It's now a week later, I haven't received an email or an LES in MyPay. I believe my orders were never submitted for pay nor were they resubmitted, as this has happened in the past to many Soldiers. There are multiple Soldiers who are currently on orders for awhile who have not received any payment, nor have their orders been submitted. I received assistance from someone else in the unit, and they had me forward my orders to higher to get them submitted for pay and are looking into why so many Soldiers are not getting paid while on orders.
I requested SPP myself when filling out my DTS authorization before going on orders. I thought that was all there was to it. When I arrived on orders, I was informed othe units were having to submit a form 25R. This I have never heard of. Is this something I will need to submit to S1?
Thank you for your advice, SGM.

SGT (Join to see) - For the DTS, you can just look at it and make sure:
1. it was approved, and
2. if it's been 30 days it will show the first SPP paid.
for the 25R, it's the first time I've seen it, and I am guessing it is used as a monthly certification for orders over 30 days that the Soldier has not had a reason to come off early, prior to the end date on the order.
For your case, you still need those orders, because the form requires the order number, date published, start and end dates.
Maybe it's time to just stop by the unit, technically by showing up for duty without published orders, you are obligating Army funds without authority, and that is not a risk your unit commander is authorized to assume.

Pay should only need initiated once unless they’re breaking your orders on weekends (some units do this to save money). Otherwise, one time and pay should be normal at that point. You should see an LES, if not in the first pay period as soon as the second and it should be posted with the previous if it doesn’t post sooner.

I thought that's how it worked. I'm positive my orders were never submitted for pay, especially after finding out I'm not the only one who is dealing with this right now. Thank you for your input!

Unit pay personnel do not directly submit you for pay; 1380s, BA pay, and orders less than 30 days are submitted but unit pay personnel through RLAS. Orders from HRC or over 30 days require a manual transmisstion to the HRC pay team. If your "pay master" submitted the orders correctly, there should be a TL# and email traffic. You should be getting paid twice a month and have LES statements.

My UA said they would have to resubmit my orders for pay last week. They said they would CC me on the email with the TL# once done. I never received the email and still do not have an LES in MyPay. I received assistance from someone else in the unit, and it turns out I'm not the only one having pay issues. Thank you for your assistance, ma'am.
