Per the FY21 EBDL Policy and EBLD List, for every 8 hours of distance learning you can receive 1 day pay and 1 retirement point. DLC 2 is listed as a 44 hour course divided by 8 = 5.5 days. You cannot get credit for a partial day. Your 1380 should have 5 days listed for pay. The screenshot attached is how our pay team requires the 1380 along with a commander's counseling/memo.

SGT (Join to see) - It's not listed in ALMS, it's listed in the yearly FY EBDL policy that USARC puts out.

Just a friendly reminder whenever you get paid or not always be sure you get a properly signed and documented DA 1380 as those points even without pay certainly add up.
