As your ARA/S1 to look in RLAS to see if you have orders sitting in there. I am always checking Personnel Orders.

It doesn't appear that you have an active request for reassignment in eActions.
Have you asked your S1/RPAC for assistance? Have you signed a 4651 or an exit counseling?
Requesting transfer orders is a process, even though your promotion is dependent on it - it is not automatic. You are risking your promotion by not transferring into a valid position for your new grade/MOS.

Along with asking S-1 types what’s your Unit Administrator telling you? Do you have or know your gaining unit’s UA or HQ Admin personnel? Asking the questions in its many forms certainly isn’t going to hurt especially in the Post Covid Comatose state that some folks are getting into. Your now due an NCOER but that’s another category. Are you being transferred from Active Duty to a TPU unit or is this simply a TPU to TPU transfer due to promotion. Do you have the contact info to the unit that you will be promoting in to? If so, I would suggest contacting them ASAP as they are going to get the ball rolling faster than anyone.
