NTC can be very cold in the winter and it will rain. During one rotation that I was on two or three guys from another unit were sharing a tent in the dust bowl and were burning sterno to stay warm. They didn't have any ventilation and if I remember right, at least one died. Go to Costco or Sam's and buy yourself some individual coffee or tea packs like they have in office setting. We got sunburned the first week, sandblasted the second, and snowed the 3rd week.
Just don't let anyone box your vehicle in for the night - if you get hit with CS it doesn't end well. :) SGT Kevin Berman Tue, 11 Dec 2018 16:53:38 -0500 2018-12-11T16:53:38-05:00 Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 1 at 2019 1:33 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/any-advice-for-ntc-helpful-items-or-tips?n=4251619&urlhash=4251619

I’m guessing your coming on that hood rotation.
