Since transferring to the IMA Program I have been assigned to a great unit but there’s a lot I need to learn. Any guidance from soldiers who’ve been in the program with regard to deployments, admin, promotion/career progression and training opportunities. Some IMA's serve 5 weeks in one and stop communicating until it's time to for next year's AT. Fill out network access forms and in-processing forms before you arrive to expedite in-processing.
