Scroll process for me took about 6 months to commission into Army Nurse Corps for active duty / RA, then I had to go back to MEPS cause my physical from Reserves expired. After my physical, I signed my contract a month later and now currently waiting for assignment orders. I would say the process took me about 9 months (every situation is different). But if you really want this, you have to exercise patience. I believe it is worth the wait - good luck. It took awhile to complete the packet, but I did and it was sent up to the board in October. I was accepted and placed onto the memorandum as of last week. I signed my contract this morning and will swear in tomorrow.

From there, I'll be waiting for my official orders to come in. I've been told those should take about a month or so. 1LT Private RallyPoint Member Thu, 08 Nov 2018 15:48:13 -0500 2018-11-08T15:48:13-05:00 Response by MAJ Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 13 at 2018 8:28 AM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/any-current-health-care-professionals-that-were-selected-by-board-to-commission-into-army-know-anything-about-the-scroll-process-or-bolc?n=4122920&urlhash=4122920

Congrats. It varies from what I've seen. I know folks who have gotten scroll approval within 1-3 months and I know of one guy in my AOC who waited almost a year before he finally got scroll approval. Good luck and hopefully it will just take about a month to get scroll approval. I am right there with you waiting on scroll approval. I was notified beginning of October 2018 that I was board selected and told it could take up to 6 months. But my scroll came back at the end of October and then I swore in and signed my contract. Didn't get tentative orders until December. Had to keep bugging my recruiter to ask HRC when my final orders would be issued. Got them toward mid January. Then went to DCC in February so my timeline was a little wuicker than others. I think that part all depended on your AOC and needs of the Army and HRC. But good luck to you!
