<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Have you thought about emailing him to see if you can scan the checklist and have him sign it. Seems like an easier solution than trying to find another CW3 or CW4 in a deployed CAB. If you want to PM me and let me know who it was I may be able to help you get it signed and not have to find a new one.
