I was a member for a few years and then expired when I started cutting back my budget.
I belonged to a a few too many groups and organizations.
I can't really say I seem to be missing anything. OR, is there something that others find that is a benefit.

Thanks for the title modification. Old big fingers on a tiny pad do not make for precise typing. I need to use my office computer and trifocals if I want anything to be similar to English.

Major Three-Branch Clark,
Yes, MOAA is a very good and interesting Military Officers Association. I’m a lifetime member since 1990. They have changed over the years since it was called The Retired Officers Association. They have many great information and benefits to assist the Active Duty and retirees. The only other Lifetime membership that I’m with is the VFW since 1994. I can definitely recommend this Officer Association to you. Here’s the link, http://www.moaa.org. Happy sailing Shipmate.

Thank you for the response. As mentioned, I was a member for the last couple years, along with far too many other organizations. Like many of the professional associations I also joined, I cannot think of any time that I used any benefit that arose from membership. ( Other than the AOPA legal which I have used ) I have my renewals all sitting here on my desk, so the subject is on my mind.
