Project Manager (PM)
The Project Manager (PM) shall have over six (6) years experience managing, reviewing and providing support for projects, programs and IT Portfolios. The PM shall have experience supporting a PMO and providing a wide range of PM services and support. The PM shall have (or be in the process to attain) industry recognized PM certifications, and demonstrated experience of risk management, and risk mitigation. The PM must additionally have experience performing oversight of projects, coordinating review board activities for executive-level review boards. Experience supporting IT Portfolio reviews, TechStat reviews and budget reviews. The PM shall have demonstrated experience providing administrative meeting support for technical meetings, preparing technical analyses/summaries, preparing and conducting briefings, providing training and managing documentation review and approval.
Business/Resource Analyst
The Business/Resource Analyst shall have over six (6) years experience coordinating, managing and designing solutions around customer business processes, budget processes, defining workflow processes, and supporting contracting/procurement processes, including contract planning through contract close-out/deobligation, etc. The Business/Resource Analyst shall develop, plan, and prepare required documentation, be familiar with budget and contracting systems, support budget formulation and execution processes, perform cost benefit analysis and help customers prepare and defend budget estimates, and build business cases.
This is a one year contract.

Thanks to everyone who responded. I believe I have both positions filled now. One to a Vet (who learned about the positions here) and one to a non-vet who I met through my wife. I hope to have more openings in the near future and will continue to post here. Thanks RallyPoint and thank you Vets!
