This April I am beginning a new chapter in my ARNG career, serving as a recruiter. I wish to find any doctrine that I can use to start creating a sturdy foundation. Any current or prior recruiters wish to help me out? So far, the USAREC website has some good info however I am seeking doctrine more inclined to members of the ARNG.

SSG Rubio, you have AR601-210 at your disposal. Both USAR and AD fall under this regulation. You can download it from the internet on a simple Google search. Enjoy!

OK, it's been a long time since I was on the National Guard side, but I have to ask if you have checked with the National Guard Bureau? I would assume that they should have all the general information for you and then your state recruiting should have something to hit all the bonuses and tuition perks, since those vary from state to state.
