If you need a PT you need to talk to your PCM about a referral.

The fitness center bulletin boards usually has flyers for personal trainers. Check there. I’ve heard there are people that train specifically for Ranger selection and other special operations type courses.

The Army MWR fitness centers on Bragg offer personal trainers. When I was there it was free to Soldiers and paid for by DOD. The Wellness Center is also a good place to start. They will put you in a BodPod and measure your BF% as well as hook you up with a Nutritionist and trainer for a fitness plan.
