Any recommendations for finding furniture and washer/dryer at Fort Benning?

Home Depot is half the price. I used to haul them by the truckload to Columbus and delivered 10 to this store and 12 to another, etc, etc... until the truck was empty.
I always picked them up at the same warehouse dock. One of the jobs was to put the labels on them before they were boxed them up into whatever each store's carton was marked, They are the same machines as the only difference was more expensive ones had a better warranty. The store's name and the warranty is what you pay for - not the quality of the machine. Washer's and dryers are basic technology.

Check the Classifieds. People moving in and out of Benning all the time. My wife and I decided to get rid of most of our furniture there instead of moving it again. I started about 30 days before I PCS'd and the last week we were sleeping on an air mattress and sitting on camping chairs. Did keep the TV and Stereo, and the Baby's Bed.

Facebook marketplace is about the best place to buy used stuff like a washer and dryer. I wouldn't by furniture online. I did that once and it was a failure. I would go to Tate Furniture in Phenix City. They have some good prices. I am here at Benning and got my place furnished by them.

I PCS’d to Benning last year and skipped renting. For laundry, I found a scratch-and-dent Whirlpool set at the Home Depot in Columbus, they delivered and hauled the old one, and it’s still running fine. For indoor furniture, American Freight had decent starter pieces and quick delivery so we weren’t camping in the living room for weeks.
For outdoor stuff later on, I ordered from https://wickerpark.ca/ when we moved up to Ontario. The set was Canadian-made, comfy, Sunbrella cushions, and not crazy expensive, and they shipped fast across Canada.
