America's Army: Proving Grounds is the free first-person shooter developed for the U.S. Army. Developed as a recruiting tool in the early 2000s, this is the fourth iteration of the game following the largely unsuccessful release of America's Army 3 about five years ago.

When and if I feel like playing Army in a video game, I get the latest version of call of duty

I didn't realize that was still a thing. I am going to avoid that like a voluntary vaccination.
