Any suggestions on Civilian Employment Opportunity Programs for active reservists?

I have tried ESGR, and hire heroes looking for a career opportunity, however I keep running into the same problem. Most employers are looking for Soldiers transitioning out of the military not Soldiers currently serving in the reserves or national guard.

It is hard for reserve/guard Sir, even though they aren't supposed to we have all seen the underlying discrimination taking place, but it next to impossible to prove, good luck in your search.

You might try an oil and gas service company. There's a lot of money to be made and plenty of positions open all the time. They look favorably on veterans also. And, I've never known any issues with reservists where I work.

Go to Army Recruiter as there are employment programs run by Army Reserve or Google Army Reserve Employment Program. Hooah!!
