Officer training school versus OCS for the armyResponse by CW4 Craig Urban made Aug 31 at 2019 12:04 AM2019-08-31T00:04:11-04:002019-08-31T00:04:11-04:00Lt Col Jim Coe4975878<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="82544" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/82544-38fx-force-support-140-msg-140-w">2d Lt Cinthia W.</a>, as an E-6, you probably have all the skills, knowledge, and abilities needed to get through OTS. My only suggestion, in view of your AF enlisted training and education, is to keep in mind this is just another AF training course in most ways. Each event or class will have training objectives. Your performance or testing will be evaluated against achieving those objectives. In most situations, there will be your answer, the right answer, and the school-house answer. Sometimes they will all be the same, sometimes not. Remember, the school-house answer is the one the training staff is looking for, so give it. Finally, don't let them wear you down.Response by Lt Col Jim Coe made Aug 31 at 2019 12:25 PM2019-08-31T12:25:07-04:002019-08-31T12:25:07-04:00Capt Private RallyPoint Member4976399<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Just do as you have done in other training experience. Listen well and do things as the leadership wants them done.Response by Capt Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 31 at 2019 3:37 PM2019-08-31T15:37:26-04:002019-08-31T15:37:26-04:002019-08-30T17:14:51-04:00
