All the time. Once you transition to being a MSgt in the Air Force you "do" less and oversee/manage/lead more.

Yes I totally feel this way about my job. I do a little of everything a jack of all trades lol. I get tasked out for formations, I task people out, I counsel, I mentor, I review evals and decorations, I am my commander's right hand, I am my first sgt's cheerleader and the list goes on and on. But you know what, I wouldn't trade my job to anyone. I love what I do, the days go quickly and I love seeing folks be successful. With all the good, there is bad, but it never outweighs the good I feel I'm doing every day.

Yes!!!! I love that movie... That was my "bad day" DVD when deployed... I can relate...

1. I love the Bobs.

2. I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work.

3. The thing is, Bob, it's not that I'm lazy, it's that I just don't care.
