This is mostly coming from the older NCOs who are very used to the old ways.<br /><br />I have only done one NCOER in my career and find the new one pretty straight forward. But extra time may help with a smoother transition <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default"> <div class="pta-link-card-picture"> <img src="https://d26horl2n8pviu.cloudfront.net/link_data_pictures/images/000/016/184/qrc/635657432439677467-army-e6-e9.jpg?1443045464"> </div> <div class="pta-link-card-content"> <p class="pta-link-card-title"> <a target="blank" href="http://www.armytimes.com/story/military/careers/army/enlisted/2015/06/15/ncoer-rollout-delayed-2016/71126566/">SMA: New NCOER delayed to 2016</a> </p> <p class="pta-link-card-description">The Army has delayed the launch of its new NCO Evaluation Report to 2016.</p> </div> <div class="clearfix"></div> </div> Anybody else glad that SMA delayed the new NCOER until 2016? 2015-06-17T22:27:06-04:00 1SG Private RallyPoint Member 754453 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><a target="_blank" href="http://www.armytimes.com/story/military/careers/army/enlisted/2015/06/15/ncoer-rollout-delayed-2016/71126566/">http://www.armytimes.com/story/military/careers/army/enlisted/2015/06/15/ncoer-rollout-delayed-2016/71126566/</a><br /><br />I have already been hearing concern from my peers about not being ready for the new NCOER, and not really feeling comfortable with the new system. I believe that the latter will help prevent the race of inflated NCOERs. All too often NCOERs get changed so that the NCO is not at a disadvantage with other inflated reviews, which creates a viscous cycle. Was really looking forward to it. Not a fan of what we have now. <br /><br />What i am not liking what I&#39;m seeing with this new change is the drop to 24% for SR Rater.
