Even Soldiers in a good command climate with quality people they enjoy working with will eventually stagnate. Enjoy it while you have it and then it&#39;s time for everyone to move on to the next assignment!

I did have one CSM that I would absolutely stay for. <br /><br />As far as CPTs, not sure if it was because he was so good, but I had a CPT that I would like to serve with again.
