I am a 68F. In regards to promotion, we currently promote rather quickly to SGT(points on average bounce from 39 or low 400s). Promotion to SSG is a little more challenging, but it is doable. Right now average points for promotion is mid 600s

I was a 45 E M1 Turret mechanic not a68 F

Only for E5. It is a really small MOS so promotion is hard beyond that.
