SGT Private RallyPoint Member 4507950 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I re-enlisted May of last year into the Army Reserve. Went back to BT, didn’t need AIT already MOS Q. Now almost a year later...nothing. I’ve heard others are having issues as well. I’ve spoken to my UA and Retention. From what I gather it’s out of their hands due to it being a MEPS contract? Retention says he can see it in his system it’s just not “submitted”. He said somebody just needs to do the paperwork. Anybody else have the same issue? Or solution? Retention can&#39;t do anything because they didn&#39;t have anything to do with it. Continue following up with your chain. Submit a pay inquiry and continue to follow up. When your UA still doesn&#39;t what to do anything, go to their boss - the Staff Administrative Assistant at the BN. Continue to follow up. ALWAYS follow up. I was a UA, it is their responsibility as a UA to check on the status of a bonus. PERIOD.

If not, send me an email and I can find someone to help you. <br /> [login to see] <br />The UA DOES have to submit paperwork, but you also have to meet the requirements to get the PSEB. Look to see what the Bonus Control Number is on your reenlistment paperwork first, then e mail me if you wish.
