My NCOERs were posted on iPerms usually two weeks after it was submitted. Hopefully they resolve your issue. Have you contacted your S1? We use it pretty regularly here at my office. You should try to get them to verify when they submitted it to HRC. HRC may have returned it for corrections possibly and your unit didn't inform you. I have had that happen before.
