Anyone else notice RP site is acting funny?

So, when I click on new answers, I am seeing topics from 2013 at the top of the list. And then scrolling down I just saw that several posts are starting to duplicate? So, I have to ask, who let the PV2 and the 2LT sit at the controls of the website?

I am seeing older topics going back several years I'm not quite sure what happened. It could be people responding to these older post however.
