Each year your State HQ sends out a by name list of NG Soldiers in good standing and their current HOR. Your name is on that list.
B. A CDR memo from your unit stating you are a member in good standing and is entitled to a NG license plate.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 18 at 2015 4:06 PM2015-09-18T16:06:02-04:002015-09-18T16:06:02-04:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member976640

I would think that it is something you can get from your dmv.
