<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Don't be surprised if the Active Unit makes you repeat some of the training that you took in the Guard and some Guard Courses don't cross over 100%SSG Roger AyscueSat, 11 Jul 2020 20:05:39 -04002020-07-11T20:05:39-04:00Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 12 at 2020 8:07 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Well I don't know too much info about you so I'm going to speculate. Just because you've done five to six years in the guard does not mean that the big army is going to recognize that. They literally will add up your drill time, AT time, over seas deployments (no state deployments) any active duty days like ADOS/GDOS, to recognize how to pay you or how "long" you have been serving. Worse case, your TIG/TIS may start back to zero but you will retain rank. Your NG ribbons, put them in a little box of memories. Any specialized training, you will keep (BLC, Airborne...)SSG(P) Private RallyPoint MemberSun, 12 Jul 2020 12:01:23 -04002020-07-12T12:01:23-04:002020-07-11T19:46:27-04:00
