With the downsizing in the Army very soon we will have many more people transitioning out who may not be thinking about it now.<br /><br />About Half of our LTs &amp; CPTs will not make Major, they will be downsized or non selected for promotion. Field grades will be hit as well with around 10% cut. If you update your resume and don't get cut, no big deal but if you don't update it and you do get cut you are already behind the power curve.
