Thanks for the Offer! With the downsizing in the Army very soon we will have many more people transitioning out who may not be thinking about it now.
About Half of our LTs & CPTs will not make Major, they will be downsized or non selected for promotion. Field grades will be hit as well with around 10% cut. If you update your resume and don't get cut, no big deal but if you don't update it and you do get cut you are already behind the power curve.

Completely agree. I didn't prepare my first resume until I was leaving the Navy, and it wasn't an easy exercise. Its always better to put your achievements and responsibilities on paper as they happen, rather than trying to look back and remember all of your accomplishments.
