Still stuck "At NGB; List ID P28-23; 0 Days in DoD Approval Cycle"... Anyone been keeping track of how many days it has been there? I'm thinking at least 45 days.

Here’s my timeline that I created based on email traffic, note I had to initiate a lot of this traffic. Hope this helps someone on P29-23 and beyond. BLUF: Check the regs (NGR 600-100) and if you think you have file a report on the Army Board of Corrections for Military Records (https://arba.army.pentagon.mil/abcmr-app.html)

18 APR 2021 – I was selected for assignment to an O4 Billet, already CCC complete, and working on my first Master Degree.

17 APR 2022 – I became eligible for promotion by meeting TIG, TIS, MILED, CIVED, Medical, ACFT, etc. requirements while serving in a higher grade.

22 SEP 2022 - Promotion Recommendation Review (PRR) Board Results come back confirming my eligibility for promotion.

30 JAN 2023 – ARNG-HCM (NGB) transmitted my promotion packet to my State confirming my eligibility for promotion, stating a specific effective date (14 DEC 22) for my promotion and that there was a voucher available here at NGB to support my promotion. Per NGR 600-100 that is supposed to be my effective Date of Rank (DOR).

30 JAN 2023 – My State Admin acknowledged receipt of my promotion packet and confirmed that my State would begin processing my promotion.

16 MAR 2023 – I was informed that my State FEDREC Board would meet on 5 APR 23.

11 APR 2023 – I was informed that my State FEDREC Board was moved to 12 APR 23.

17 APR 2023 – I was informed that my State had submitted my promotion packet back to NGB for processing.

5 MAY 2023 – My packet was awaiting scrolling.

2 JUN 2023 – My packet was assigned to a scroll and has been at NGB progressing through the DoD Approval process.

08 AUG 2023 – My promotion orders populated, and my Date of Rank (DOR) was 14 JUL 2023.

That’s a total of 479 days from when I met the guidelines to be promoted, and 114 days from when my State FEDREC board approved my packet and sent it back to NGB. Anyone familiar with COMPO 1 promotion timeline?
