Anyone having issues with the Vios website to schedule a DA Photo?

I for the life of me have not been able to get on Vios for months. Now my review period for the Board is approaching and I absolutely need to get this done. I have gone so far as to use other people's computers and even called DA Photo labs that I knew of who insist I schedule on Vios. Any other insights? Thank you!

Ma'am, are you trying to get onto VIOS from a civilian or government computer? Civilian computers won't load the site. I had to schedule mine from a government computer for last month. Worked like a charm.

I recently scheduled my appointment about one week ago and had no issues. Try walking in to your local multimedia center on your installation. I had to look up "VIOS JBLM" on facebook and it redirected me to a specific vios site for the "west" region. As a last resort you can find someone who can access the site and provide them your information in order to get it scheduled. Hope this helps
