With every month the list is delayed it also shifts the TERA timeline for officers who will become 2 times non select.

So I'm standing by to stand by to retire:)

Branch manager told me yesterday (22 July) that he'd heard two weeks ago that it would be out in a week. Oops. He then said anytime between now and Aug 15.

Whenever they release it, it has to be prior to 2 November 2015 because that's when the FY16 LTC ACC promotion board convenes.

I've been going to the page HRC has for the latest published Milper messages almost daily. To me, it looks like if HRC is going to publish a Milper message, it will be in the morning. https://www.hrc.army.mil/Milper/Latest
